Ceramic enterprises integrate the existing chain effectively from five aspects(4/27/2010)
People within the industry are aware that 70% of foreign construction ceramics are dependent on importing from China, and are settled in U.S. dollars. As we are consuming domestic non-renewable resources and cheap labor, but the profit we have gained is the lowest. Why we produced products with low end line and hard work while others got high profits because they grasped the sales channels? The key is integration channel in industry.
Ceramics industry and the related media professionals have done a lot of researches and industry seminars about integration. Some companies, when they sell bathroom products, they gradually shift focus from the product to the whole bathroom space, not only put emphasis on ceramictiles, toilet, bathtub, etc., but also rely on cosmetic box, vases, paintings, etc. to create an individual space style. The industry integration we are doing now brings how much profit to us? P The previous industry integration only integrate the ceramic-related products, such as bathroom and ceramictiles, there may be some soft furnishings, but they are only serve as foils for bathroom and ceramictiles, they do not really integrate into our industry, that is, the integration is just the integration of ceramic products, rather than the integration by industry chain's consumption period.
So how could ceramic enterprises integrate the industry effectively? Integrate the products in the chain of the entire household industry and combine the hard decoration and the soft furnishings in a more exquisite way to further improve the value-added services. There are five aspects: product integration, service integration, design integration, logistics integration, channel integration. According to these five integrations, we can help the business development in different regions. Without integration, then the amplitude of profit in enterprises product brand will be very large, while, after integration, the competitiveness will be very strong.
