At present, the "&carbon tariff"& has become a popular field of international trade terms, but no longer confined to environmental protection. To reduce "&carbon emissions"& calls for is the simple desire of environmentalists, but once it gets into the international political and economic circles, it may become a high-sounding remark

The logic of "&carbon tariff"& is that due to the "&carbon dioxide"& emissions during the production of products imported from developing countries, therefore, developed countries consider that its production process "&sacrifice"& a common environment, and want to charge compensation taxes.

As China's manufacturing industry started late, with low-tech, high-energy which lead to increase the costs.
